Twitter feed now featured on the Tribal Town Radio homepage.
There a have been a few accomplishments made in respect to the Muscogee (Creek) Citizens Inc. web project. As you may know if you are reading this, the name of the web blog is Tribal Town Radio but the web url is http://www.tribaltownradio.wordpress.com. Well we have finally acquired the domain name www.tribaltownradio.org! You now can navigate to www.tribaltownradio.org instead of the longer url of http://www.tribaltownradio.wordpress.com.
One of the new improvements you may have noticed on the blog is the Twitter feed located on the left side of the homepage. The Twitter feed has proven very useful for streaming links straight to the website. Previously, I was only able to stream other web links through the use of the M(C)CC Facebook page. And I wasn’t able to send those links to the website itself. A Twitter widget has made it possible to put the links directly on the homepage. So the move to Twitter after I closed down the M(C)CC Facebook page has proven to be a good move.
Now you can see the tweets and links I stream from Twitter on the homepage. This feature allows us to easily centralize news and media related to issues concerning the Muscogee Nation and Indian Country in one convenient location. So although the main article on Tribal Town Radio may stay the same for a while, the Twitter feed is updated often if not daily.

This is the first post under our Technology section. Lately, we have been populating the “Culture & The Arts” section with articles pertaining to music and art. We hope to also include a other sections in the future as well. And as soon as I can I will be creating a Tribal Town Radio Facebook page. Thank you for your interest in Tribal Town Radio. Mvto!
